An Saol is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead its rehabilitation programmes, ensuring excellence in care, service coordination, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership

Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, working alongside a multi-disciplinary team.
Develop meaningful, individualised goals with clients, families, and care teams.
Design and implement tailored rehabilitation and habilitation programmes.
Monitor clients' overall health and well-being, ensuring best practices in care.
Maintain hygiene and infection control standards.
Coordinate with external healthcare providers for seamless service delivery.

Operational Management

Develop and manage schedules for client programmes and staff.
Oversee the use, maintenance, and safety of rehabilitation equipment.
Ensure optimal use of therapy spaces for client activities.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

Degree in a clinical discipline (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Social Work).
Eligible to live and work in Ireland.
Five years of experience in rehabilitation, habilitation, or disability services preferred.
Proven ability to design and implement client-centred care plans.
Strong knowledge of hygiene, infection control, and healthcare compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
A collaborative mindset, with initiative, creativity, and a commitment to innovation.
