Salary: €54,981 - €64,750 (HSE Consolidated Salary Scales Reference)

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, working alongside a multi-disciplinary team.
- Develop meaningful, individualised goals with clients, families, and care teams.
- Design and implement tailored rehabilitation and habilitation programmes.
- Monitor clients' overall health and well-being, ensuring best practices in care.
- Maintain hygiene and infection control standards.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for seamless service delivery.
Operational Management
- Develop and manage schedules for client programmes and staff.
- Oversee the use, maintenance, and safety of rehabilitation equipment.
- Ensure optimal use of therapy spaces for client activities.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Degree in a clinical discipline (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Social Work).
- Eligible to live and work in Ireland.
- Five years of experience in rehabilitation, habilitation, or disability services preferred.
- Proven ability to design and implement client-centred care plans.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, infection control, and healthcare compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- A collaborative mindset, with initiative, creativity, and a commitment to innovation.
