The Immigrant Council of Ireland (ICI) is seeking an inspiring and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our mission to support migrants, advocate for systemic change, and foster a fair and just Ireland.
Location: 7 Red Cow Lane, Dublin, D07 XN29
Hybrid - This hybrid role is a key leadership position, requiring the post holder to maintain a visible presence in the Dublin office and/or attend meetings in the city at least 2-3 days per week.

Your Role as CEO
As CEO, you’ll serve as the strategic and operational leader, working closely with the Board of Directors to shape the future of the organisation. You’ll lead a talented, diverse team in delivering high-quality programmes, ensuring financial sustainability, and representing ICI in public forums. With a hybrid working model, you’ll maintain a visible presence in Dublin and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to achieve our mission and amplify our impact.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Financial Management: Drive fundraising, secure resources, and oversee budgets for sustainability.
- Operational Excellence: Lead daily operations, build inclusive teams, and maintain high-quality services.
- Advocacy and Engagement: Build partnerships, represent ICI in public forums, and advocate for migrant rights.
