Community Response - Team Leader

The Management of Community Response is seeking applications for the position of Project Team Leader.

At Community Response Ltd, we are dedicated to helping individuals make positive, lasting changes in their lives. As a registered charity based in Dublin 8, we provide a primary alcohol support service. Our mission is rooted in support, advocacy, and education, focusing on those affected by addiction and liver health challenges.

Our goal is to empower individuals to make and sustain healthy lifestyle choices regarding alcohol and polydrug misuse. We prioritise peer-led initiatives, respond to emerging needs, and actively incorporate feedback from service users to shape and enhance our programmes.

Role Overview

The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in managing our primary service team and ensuring the effective delivery of our programmes. Key responsibilities include:

● Line Management of the primary service team.

● Resource planning in alignment with the Strategic Plan 2022-2026.

● Coordinating case management workloads.

● Generate accurate reports using Salesforce and other data sources.

● Ensuring the project operates to best practice standards, including compliance with QuADs, Better Safer Healthcare, Slainte Care and GDPR.

This role requires at least two years of experience managing a team, including delegating tasks and conducting performance appraisals.

Job Details

● Salary: HSE Grade V

● Hours: 35 hours per week

● Contract Type: Permanent (subject to annual funding, a six-month probation period, and Garda Vetting).
