What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead and support service managers across multiple locations.

✔ Ensure top-quality care and compliance with HIQA regulations.

✔ Manage budgets and drive service improvements.

✔ Build strong relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders.

What You Need:

✔ 5+ years in a senior management role (health or social care).

✔ Experience managing multi-site services.

✔ Strong leadership, financial, and strategic planning skills.

✔ Full clean driving license & willingness to travel.
