Ruhama is an Irish NGO and registered charity dedicated to providing nationwide support to women impacted by prostitution and human trafficking for sexual exploitation. Founded in 1989, we are proud to be recognised as the Charity of the Year 2024 award winners. Our organisation brings extensive expertise in delivering a wide range of specialist, holistic support services. These services are free, confidential, and delivered by a committed and experienced team. Additionally, we advocate for policy changes that support and protect women. We collaborate closely with the nonprofit sector to address domestic, sexual and gender-based violence.
The Caseworker plays a vital role at Ruhama and has responsibility for providinga holistic person-centred approach to care and to case management for service userswho have been impacted by prostitution and sex trafficking, including engaging in assertive outreach in collaboration with other service providers including Coolmine.
This post is permanent, full time, covers the region of Cork and Kerry and will be based in Cork City Centre with some planned regular travel to Dublin required.
Competitive Salary Scale, pro rata of €38,900 - €54,900 applies.
