Key Responsibilities

Provide dynamic and strategic leadership to drive the mission and sustainability of the organisation.
Develop and sustain key relationships with funders, donors, and stakeholders.
Oversee financial health, risk management, and governance compliance.
Promote a strong organisational culture of pastoral care, inclusion, and professional development.
Advocate for community development, peacebuilding, and the Christian ethos of 174 Trust.
Represent 174 Trust at events, in the media, and in partnerships with churches, statutory bodies, and the wider community.

Who We’re Looking For

A leader with a strong alignment to the 174 Trust’s values and mission.
An experienced senior executive with at least 5 years in leadership.
A strategic thinker with a track record of financial management, governance, and organisational growth.
A skilled relationship-builder who can engage with funders, partners, and the wider community.
